This notice explains the information Dogward may receive when you use the website at dogwardguide.com, including the contact form and the browser-based new-dog checklist. It describes the current site, which is an English-first educational resource.
Contact messages
If you use the contact form, Dogward receives the name, email address, topic, and message that you choose to submit. We use that information to respond to your message, review corrections, investigate broken source links, and improve the site.
The form sends submissions through Web3Forms. Web3Forms processes submissions under its own privacy policy. Dogward does not operate a separate account database for contact messages, and we do not sell contact information.
Please do not include passwords, financial information, sensitive personal information, or urgent medical details about a person or animal in a message. Dogward cannot provide emergency, veterinary, or individualized medical advice.
Checklist information stays in your browser
The new-dog checklist stores its checked items in your browser so the checklist can remember your progress. That checklist data is not sent to Dogward through the site. Clearing your browser’s site data can remove the saved checklist state.
Hosting and technical information
Dogward is hosted as static files on Bluehost. Like most websites, the hosting environment may process basic technical request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and time of access in connection with delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Bluehost’s handling of hosting and account information is governed by its own policies, including its privacy notice.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Dogward does not currently require an account, run a newsletter, use advertising profiles, or use third-party analytics. The site does use browser storage for the checklist described above. If these practices change, this page will be updated before or when the new feature is introduced.
Your choices and questions
You can choose not to submit the contact form and can clear the checklist data from your browser. If you have a question about a message you sent, want to report a privacy concern, or want to request a correction to information you provided, use the contact page.

Dogward may update this notice when the site’s data practices, tools, or service providers change. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the current version was published.
